ZX999 Terms and Conditions

By accessing the ZX999 website, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing a bet, you confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions in full and that you agree to be bound by them. These terms apply to all ZX999 services including sports betting, live casino, slots, bingo, and all other game types available on the platform.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the ZX999 platform. Continued use of the platform after any update to these terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version. ZX999 recommends checking this page periodically so you are always aware of the current terms.

These terms are written in English and govern the relationship between ZX999 and every registered player. In the event of any inconsistency between these terms and any promotional material or customer communication, these Terms and Conditions take precedence.

To open and use a ZX999 account you must meet all of the following requirements at the time of registration and at all times while your account remains active:

• You must be at least 18 years of age.
• You must be registering as an individual acting on your own behalf, not on behalf of any third party.
• You must not already hold an active or previously closed ZX999 account.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, or close family member of a ZX999 employee where such a relationship creates a conflict of interest.

ZX999 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any point. Until such verification is completed to ZX999's satisfaction, withdrawals may be suspended and bonus funds withheld. Providing false information during registration is a breach of these terms and will result in immediate account closure.

Each individual may hold only one registered account on ZX999. Duplicate accounts are not permitted under any circumstances. If ZX999 identifies multiple accounts linked to the same individual — by device, payment method, IP address, identity documents, or any combination of these — all duplicate accounts will be closed and any associated bonus funds will be voided. Legitimate winnings on duplicate accounts may also be withheld pending investigation.

When registering, you must provide accurate and complete information including your full name, date of birth, email address, and contact details. You are responsible for keeping this information current. If your contact details change, update them in your account settings promptly.

You must choose a strong, unique password for your ZX999 account and must not share it with anyone. ZX999 will never ask for your password through any channel. You are fully responsible for all activity that occurs on your account. If you believe your account has been accessed without your permission, contact ZX999 support immediately.

Account registration is free. ZX999 does not charge any fee for opening or maintaining an account.

ZX999 accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) only. The following payment methods are currently supported: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, direct bank transfer, and local debit and credit cards. Additional methods may be added or removed from time to time; the current list of active payment options is always displayed on the deposit page.

ZX999 charges zero platform fees on any deposit method. The amount you submit is the amount that arrives in your ZX999 balance. However, your bank or wallet provider may apply their own processing charges independent of ZX999 — these are outside our control.

Deposits made via JazzCash and Easypaisa typically reflect in your ZX999 balance within seconds, subject to the wallet provider's processing times. Raast bank-to-platform transfers generally settle within a few minutes during standard banking hours. Bank transfers may take up to a few hours depending on your bank.

• Minimum deposit amounts per transaction are displayed at the time of deposit.
• ZX999 only accepts deposits from payment methods that are registered in your own name.
• Deposits made from a third party's payment method will be returned and the account may be reviewed.
• ZX999 does not accept deposits in any cryptocurrency.

If a deposit is credited in error — for example, due to a technical fault resulting in a double credit — you are required to notify ZX999 support. Any funds credited in error that are played or withdrawn before notification may be recovered from your balance or future withdrawals.

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, wherever technically possible. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and protects both ZX999 and the account holder. If your original deposit method is no longer available, ZX999 support will assist in arranging an alternative verified method in your name.

Before any withdrawal is processed, ZX999 may require identity verification. This typically involves submitting a copy of a government-issued ID and proof of the payment method. Verification requests are handled as promptly as possible. Withdrawal processing times following verification approval are:

• JazzCash / Easypaisa: Usually within a few hours of approval.
• Raast / Bank Transfer: Typically one to two business days after approval.
• Debit / Credit Card: Three to five business days, subject to your card issuer.

Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits per transaction are displayed on the withdrawal page and may vary based on your account verification status and payment method. Bonus funds that have not yet met wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn — only the real-money portion of your balance that has cleared all applicable terms is withdrawable.

ZX999 offers a range of promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, free bets, free spins, reload bonuses, and seasonal promotions tied to cricket events such as the Pakistan Super League (PSL) and T20 international series. Each promotion has its own specific terms which are published on the promotions page at the time the offer is made available.

The following general bonus rules apply across all ZX999 promotions unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to one account per person, per household, per device, and per IP address.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they or any winnings derived from them can be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier is stated on each promotion.
• Wagering contributions vary by game type. Sports betting, slots, live casino, and bingo may contribute different percentages toward clearing the wagering requirement. These contributions are listed on the relevant promotion page.
• Bonuses expire if not activated or wagered through within the stated validity period. Expired bonus funds are removed automatically.
• Placing bets with a single stake above a stated maximum per bet while a bonus is active may void the bonus.
• ZX999 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time for existing or new players without prior notice, provided no eligible deposit has been made in reliance on the offer.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash outside of the wagering process.

If you prefer to deposit and play without a bonus — so that your full deposited balance is immediately withdrawable — you may opt out of any bonus at the time of deposit. Contact support if you wish to remove a bonus that has already been applied but on which no wagering has yet taken place.

ZX999 offers sports betting markets on cricket — including Pakistan Super League (PSL), T20 internationals, ODI series, and Test matches — as well as football, esports, and other sports listed in the sports lobby. The availability of specific markets, bet types, and odds is subject to change at any time without notice.

All bets are settled according to the official result declared by the relevant governing body or competition organiser. ZX999 will not consider unofficial sources, social media announcements, or broadcast commentary for settlement purposes. In the case of a dispute over a result, ZX999's decision is final.

• Minimum and maximum stake limits per bet are displayed at the time of placing and may vary by market, event, and account status.
• Live in-play bets are accepted at ZX999's discretion. ZX999 may suspend in-play betting on any market at any time without explanation.
• Void bets: A bet is voided if the event is cancelled, suspended, or does not reach the point at which the specific market could be settled. Voided bet stakes are returned to your account balance.
• Obvious errors: If odds are published as a result of a technical error, human error, or system fault that results in a clearly incorrect price, ZX999 reserves the right to void bets placed at that price regardless of whether the bet has already been settled.
• Bets placed on ZX999 are for entertainment purposes. Any attempt to gain an unfair advantage through the use of automated bet placement tools, data feeds, or any form of coordinated wagering strategy designed to exploit pricing errors is prohibited and may result in account suspension.

ZX999 provides access to live casino games, slots, bingo, and other game types through its game lobby. All games operate using certified random number generation (RNG) technology or, in the case of live casino, through real dealer video streams. The return-to-player (RTP) percentages for individual slot games are provided by the relevant game provider and may be displayed within the game itself.

Game outcomes are determined entirely by the game's underlying mechanics and are not influenced by ZX999 or the player outside of the permitted game controls. ZX999 is not responsible for losses incurred through normal gameplay. The house edge exists in all casino games and players should be aware that no betting system or strategy eliminates the house advantage over time.

• Bingo rooms on ZX999 operate with published buy-in amounts, prize pools, and schedules. These details are displayed before you enter a room.
• Technical faults during a game session — such as a disconnection mid-spin — are handled according to the game provider's technical rules, which are available within each game. Where a fair resolution cannot be determined, the stake is typically returned.
• ZX999 reserves the right to withdraw any game from the lobby at any time without prior notice.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on ZX999. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and in serious cases, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Opening more than one account, or assisting another person in opening an account for the purpose of circumventing restrictions or claiming multiple bonuses.
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to place bets, navigate the platform, or interact with games.
• Exploiting software bugs, game errors, or pricing mistakes to generate profit knowingly.
• Using the platform for money laundering, including depositing funds from illegitimate sources and withdrawing them as apparently clean funds.
• Sharing your account with or allowing access to any third party, including family members or friends.
• Colluding with other players during any multi-player game or live casino session.
• Using VPNs or proxy services to disguise your location or circumvent geographic restrictions.
• Making chargebacks or payment reversals through your bank or wallet provider while retaining the benefit of any gameplay already completed with those funds.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at registration or during any verification process.

ZX999 employs fraud detection and transaction monitoring systems. Suspicious activity triggers a review and may result in account funds being withheld until the review is complete.

You may close your ZX999 account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure request, any remaining real-money balance (after deducting any uncleared bonus funds) will be returned to your verified payment method. Account closure may take up to five business days to process.

ZX999 may suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice if:

• The account holder has breached any part of these Terms and Conditions.
• Fraudulent or suspicious activity has been identified on the account.
• ZX999 is required to do so for legal, compliance, or regulatory reasons.
• The account has been inactive for an extended period and ZX999 has been unable to reach the account holder.

Where an account is closed due to a breach, any bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds may be forfeited. Real-money deposits that remain unplayed may still be returned after investigation, depending on the nature of the breach.

All content on the ZX999 platform — including but not limited to the ZX999 name, logo, website design, software, game interfaces, graphics, text, and promotional materials — is the property of ZX999 or its content and technology partners, and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the ZX999 platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, reverse-engineer, scrape, or create derivative works from any ZX999 content without prior written permission.

ZX999 provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we work to maintain consistent uptime and a reliable service, we do not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times or free from technical errors. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may result in temporary unavailability.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ZX999 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of funds resulting from normal gameplay outcomes.
• Losses resulting from platform downtime, network issues, or delays outside ZX999's direct control.
• Any loss of data, profits, or opportunities arising from your use of or inability to access the platform.
• Actions taken by third-party payment providers, including delays in processing deposits or withdrawals.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud or for any matter that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.

ZX999 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the "Last updated" date at the top of this page will be revised. For material changes — those that significantly affect player rights or obligations — ZX999 will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via the email address on their account or through a notice displayed on the platform.

Continued use of ZX999 after changes have been posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with any change, you should stop using the platform and contact support to request account closure and withdrawal of your remaining balance.
